  2. 引言 　財政司司長曾俊華於二月二十四日發表2010至11年度財政預算案，預算案以「穩固復蘇、發展經濟、建立關愛社會」為目標。 　其後，曾司長及多名政府官員亦在多個傳媒節目中，解釋財政預算案的內容及聽取市民的意見。社會各界亦透過不同渠道表達他們對財政預算案的意見和期望。
