Webinar Overview • Webinar will last approximately 3 hours. • Webinar is being recorded – the recording will be posted online and used as a resource to help with ICM implementation. • This webinar is designed to be interactive • There will be an opportunity to ask questions following each presentation, and again at the end of the webinar. • We will also solicit input from the audience to help us all understand the state of the practice across the country in this area. • We may not be able to respond to all questions within the timeframe, but will get back to you following the webinar if your question was unanswered.
