Email Accounts • For residents leaving this year • Email accounts will terminate on 6/23/11 or 6/30/11 (Last day of employment) • No exceptions! • Activate “Out of Office Assistant” a few days before you leave • Will be active for approximately 45 days • Contact Jennifer Weber if you have other questions!

Housekeeping • Educational Funds • All receipts for any educational funds you plan to use must be turned into Jennifer Weber no later than May 20, 2011 • For Continuing R1 and R2 residents • VA paperwork and Mandatory Modules Training need to be completed ASAP! • If you took the mandatory training modules after March 2010, you only need to take the Refresher Course • All forms/paperwork must be given to Kristy Zanaoby May 13, 2011 • Badging/Fingerprinting cannot be done unless the VA HR office has all the completed paperwork

Cool cases 62 y/o F with intravascular large B-cell lymphoma presenting with intranasal mass NMS in a patient with bipolar disorder who received antipsychotic agents after being tazed by police for erratic behavior 18 y/o M with murmur since childhood, diagnosed with membranous VSD that expanded to involve the aortic root Two patients transferred to the MICU for TTP/HUS in one week!
