Apple Division • Record Sales year for the Division • Reduction in available margin, as a result of new pricing and foreign exchange model • Forecasting continued sales growth in 2007 • Reduced available margin will mean lower profit • Q1 sales very strong • Retail picked-up after slow start – but lots of credit • Excellent pipeline for Pro products – NAB, Adobe CS3 • Changes for Apple Specific Channel Stores • New offices, demo facilities in 1st half 2007

  19. txttunes • Digital music and txting community designed for independent music artists and their fans • Involved in two major growth areas • Digital Music and Text Messaging • Beta site running in New Zealand for several months – txttunes.co.nz • Successful trial – Well received • Invested about $500k by end of ‘06 • Launch in USA 1st half ’07 – txttunes.com • Interest shown from music and telecom industries • Won award at major Digital Music Event in USA • Best artist based digital concept • Launch in UK and other countries next year
