  4. Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) AICE offers a rigorous international pre-university curriculum and examination system created by Cambridge University. AICE offers challenging courses in a variety of subjects that allow the student to tailor their own path of course selection.

AICE Benefits AICE Diploma State of Florida Universities & Bright Futures award 1 extra quality point when students receive a “C” or better in an AICE or Pre-AICE course Eligible for Bright Futures Scholarship Florida Academic Scholars Award with 75-hour community service project Score of “E” or higher may earn up to 30 hours of college credit or advanced standing in universities throughout the US and ALL public universities and colleges in Florida

  7. AICE Diploma • Students must pass six college level exams. • One exam must be from each of three of the following subject areas: • Arts & Humanities • Mathematics & Science • Languages

  9. 10th Grade AICE Course Options Students choose any combination of the following courses for 10th grade enrollment. All courses offer 1 point toward the 6-point diploma, college credit, and an “A” in the classroom earns the student a weighted 6.0 for their HPA (vs. a 4.5 for an honors course) AICE General Paper (English credit) AICE Thinking Skills (Academic Elective) AICE Marine Science – 11th/12th SY14
