  4. Your coach should have a completed MRF  with him/her at all times while on the field!.

  5. Picture Day Info • Picture Day is Saturday, February 20 • Stagecoach Park – near the gym and Field #1 • Included with your paid registration: • One Memory Mate (3x5” individual and 5x7” team photo) • One 3” photo button • Envelopes are required – even if no other purchases are desired. (Please take 12 envelopes with you tonight!) • Please ensure parents have completed forms and any payment on day of pictures. • Please stress that teams should be there 15 minutes prior to scheduled time – your cooperation is appreciated! • Picture Day schedule to be posted on our website www.lcyo.org by Friday evening. • Make-up day is Wednesday, February 24 at Stagecoach. Teams must have a scheduled time!

Spring 2010 Key Dates and Events • Practices - began in late January for softball, early February for baseball • Games – begin the week of February 22 for softball, and on February 27 for baseball • Picture Day – Saturday, February 20 at Stagecoach Park near Field #1; make-ups 2/24 • Picture Pick-Up – will be available at my home by the middle of March • Trophy Orders – look for an e-mail in mid-March about on-line orders • Golf Tournament – Friday, April 23 at The Crossings in Carlsbad • LCYO Day at PetCo Park– Sunday, April 18 • Championship Saturday at Stagecoach Park – Softball: 5/1; Baseball: 6/5

March 24that Chili’s, April 13that Boston’s! • Play it Again Sports – offering free belts again this year at their store in Encinitas! Also sponsoring an Equipment Trade-In during Picture Day. Bring your old stuff! • Jersey Collection– another opportunity to drop off those old jerseys at Picture Day! • Snack Shack– will be available again this year at Stagecoach! Opening 2/20/10 • League Sponsor– many thanks to Huntington Learning Center (see flyer on table) • Special Mention - North County Martial Arts special offer for LCYO families (see flyer on table)

How to Get Team Parent Access on our Website Log in using your family account made during the registration process Register as an Adult/Volunteer Let your division directorand/or team parent directorknow that you have registered and what team you should be assigned to. (Please include your division if you’re contacting me!) Once assigned you will get a non-descript/cryptic email from support@e7sports.com telling you your team is available

  15. Make sure you are looking at Spring 2010 Season If you have not signed up as an Adult Registration for this season, do so by pressing the ‘+’ next to “Add Adult/Volunteer” Team menu will only be available after the Adult Registration has been assigned to the team.
