ACTIVITIES OF SYSTEM SUPPORT DEPT Date Center MA in N’orch Building • Date Center MA routine: • Clean and test the EMS system. • Clean the pipe of Chiller Machine on top floor. • Clean and test the Fire Alarm system. • Repair the Stabilizer and the Chiller A in the Power Management System. • Prepare to sign the new Data Center MA.

ACTIVITIES OF SYSTEM SUPPORT DEPT Date Center MA in N’orch Building(cont) • Fix the problem of TSM backup on CXLVNS02 (Clear Case Server). • Internal tape drive of TSM server in rack p670 need to be cleaned regularly by Cleaning Cartridge, buy 2 more cleaning tapes for this drive. • Fix the problem of Leased line from HCM to Hanoi and HCM to CanTho.

  7. ACTIVITIES OF SYSTEM SUPPORT DEPT PC Maintenance • Support to move the PC from the 7F to 8F & 9F in TWC Building. • Make the inventory survey (PCs, Printers, Scanners, Barcode Reader, Laptop…)

  8. ACTIVITIES OF SYSTEM SUPPORT DEPT PBX MA • PBX MA routine in Hanoi and N’orch Office. • Approval and Sign the PBX MA contract for TWC and Danang Office. (Start from June 2010) • Support to keep the extension number when move from 7F to 8F & 9F in TWC Office.

ACTIVITIES OF SYSTEM SUPPORT DEPT Improve the audit tasks • Setup Account Lockout Policy in Domain. • Join to Domain for all Trainer’s PCs in Hanoi IVB and Danang Office. • Lock the USB port all PCs in our system. • Make the new DVD Ghost disc support Hanoi IVB Office. • Update new version of Office Scan Server and update to all Servers. • Change the “root” password on AIX system. • Disable CD Rom function from BIOS of PC.

  11. ACTIVITIES OF SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT DEPT New login rule of B2E, BCS system • Follow the request of Audit we edit the login function of system : • The system will require us to update the password every 3 months. • After we update the password , system will automatically log out.

Server will deny user to login when the user was expired. • We can click Find button to view that employee’s information. After that, we can input the expired date and click update. • To avoid the employee use system illegal.

ACTIVITIES OF SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT DEPT Repay loan automatically when process Surrender or Reinstatement • Calculating loan amount and interest when processing surrender or reinstatement. • surrender and reinstatement processes should provide repay loan automatically mechanism. • Repay loan records with repay date after processing successfully.

  27. PLAN FOR NEXT MONTH Data Center Maintenance. Haiphong Project. Support CS Hanoi move to new Office. Approval and sign the new Data Center MA in N’orch. Continue to develop BCS, B2E and B2C systems.
