  15. GA TASKS ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) A. Office Building Information 1. TWC: - New 8FL’s storage room installation. - Tissue paper holders installed in 7&8FL restroom. - Planning & MKT (Temporary moving) divisions moved to 8 & 9 FL. 2. Norch: - Meeting with the landlord regarding broken glass at 6FL as well as plan of restarting the construction at 7 & 8 FL. 3. Mirae Building (Big C): - Rental deposit returned by the landlord on 8 Jun’2010.

  16. GA TASKS ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) A. Office Building Information 4. Agency Binhthanh’s office: - Followed up some pending items. 5. New office in Hanoi: - Rental contract signed with the landlord. - Office layout is under arranged.

Self-Assessment for Legal compliance procedure – 1st half year 2010. 3. Extended for the annexes of cleaning service of Ladeco & 5 &6 FL - Sacombank. 4. Training on fire fighting and prevention – TWC. 5. Arranged for 2nd anniversary gifts. 6. Arranged furniture for Longkhanh – GA line.

GA TASKS ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) • Reason: • Several buildings may neglect electricity control. • Hot season. • P.S: • Keep be aware of electricity control everyone should follow strictly the power consumption control. • Apply the reminding manual of electricity saving. • The RD/BM/Manager should explain the unreasonable increase and the method of electricity control.

GA TASKS ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) * Method for telephone fee control: • 5 minutes per call. • Not supporting long distance and mobile phone calls for Agency side. • Supporting fixed amount allowance for RD, BM, AO,… • * Result: • - Telephone expense dropped down a lot (average of 28.5 mil vnd per month) from Jun’09 to May’2010. • - Keep monitoring and controlling the telephone fees.

  24. GA TASKS NEXT MONTH PROJECT PLAN (GENERAL ADMIN) • Construction 4FL of Binhthanh, 4FL of TranHungDao & 7 & 8 FL of Norch & new office in Hanoi. • 2. Regulations on document/file management. • 3. Fire fighting and prevention management document for Binhthanh’s office. • 4. Surveying some solutions of generator in Dongnai’s office. • 5. Finding out suitable office for Haiphong.

  27. Main tasksThis month: • ►Legal counsel: •  From Premium: regarding to penalty when losing TIA; •  From Marketing: regarding to review articles in Labor contract form.

  28. Main tasksThis month: • ►Legal counsel (cont.): • For MOF’s checking: supplying documents as MOF’s request; • For changing Head of Danang branch: receiving the guideline letter from MOF.

  29. Main tasksThis month: • ►Legal counsel (cont.): • N’orch’s issue: regarding broken glass in 6th floor; • Self-assessment for Legal compliance for the first half of year 2010: although deadline is 22 Jun 2010, some Depts. have not yet completed.
