  13. GA TASKS ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) A. Office Building Information 1. TWC: - 8FL’s storage room’s shelves installation. - Rental area adjustment between us and Cathay non- life. - Moved Agency to 8FL Norch & 4FL Haphan. - Released 6FL and part of 7FL to Cathay non-life for construction. - For the above result a part of original rental deposit was returned by the landlord on 23 Jul’2010. - Adjusted the expenses between Cathay & Cathay non-life including M&E, cleaning and security.

Norch: - Letters to the landlord regarding broken glass at 6FL as well as plan of restarting the construction at 7 & 8 FL. - 8FL temporary working place for Agency. 3. Dongnai office: - Fixed some leakage areas. - Approval report for hiring a car for business trip.

Agency Haphan’s office: - Finished construction for 4FL on 8 Jul’2010. - Confirmed by the landlord we can put our logo’s at 5 &6FL of front side of this building. 5. Agency Binhthanh’s office: - Finished construction for 4FL on 31 Jul’2010. - Documents for PCCC confirmed by PCCC’s authority. 6. New office in Hanoi: - Under construction.

Haiphong’s new office: - Approval report for choosing a new office in Haiphong. We will be located in front part of 4FL & whole of 5FL in Sacombank Haiphong.

Purchased 3 electric fans for Danang’s agency office. 3. Approval report for changing 16 seat – car’s supplier as from 2 Aug’2010. 4. Reminding Notice regarding regulations on incoming and outgoing document management.

Other projects: * Out-coming documents must be approved by BOD’s approval. * In case there is any situation occurs as mentioned above, the relevant individual (s) shall be punished or even terminated. If there is any loss to our company, he/she shall be subject to make compensation for any damage caused. * All the incoming documents must be handled and filed by GA Department at 9F TWC.

New regulations of electricity control.
