  1. 115/120V switch Insert White, Black and Yellow Wires into Switch Terminals as Shown Rotate Switch to Bend Wires. The Wires Should be Bent as Close to the Terminal End as Possible.

  2. 230V switch Position the yellow wire loop as close to the black wire as possible. Route the white wire loop so that it crosses over the yellow wire as shown Insert White, Black and Yellow Wires into Switch Terminals as Shown Rotate Switch to Bend Wires. The Wires Should be Bent as Close to the Terminal End as Possible.

  3. Insert Blue wire into back terminal on backside of switch

  4. Insert Brush Holders as Shown.

  5. 230V MOD 120V MOD Insert Left Side Brush Connect Brush Wire, to Back Terminal, on Front Side of the Switch

  6. 230V MOD 120V MOD Insert Right Side Brush. Connect Wire into Front Terminal, on Back Side of the Switch

  7. Brush Wires Routed in Field Case 120V MOD 230V MOD

  8. Route Brush Leads through wire traps in Fieldcase as shown

  9. Place Drill SA into Handle and Fasten Together with Screw. Ensure NO Brush Wires are Damaged or Pinched by Screw. Ensure Brush Wires are Tucked Down Below Parting Line Rib

  10. FOR 115V and 230V UNITS ONLY Connect Capacitor Leads to C1 and C2 on Back of Switch After Connecting the Capacitor to the Switch, place them in Handle and orient Capacitor as shown.

  11. FOR UNITS WITH CAPACITORS USING N079271 & N079272 Connect Capacitor Leads to C1 and C2 of Switch After Connecting the Capacitor to the Switch, place them in Handle and orient Capacitor as shown.

  12. Attach Cordset to Handle with Cord Clamp Ensure Cord Jacket is a MINIMUM of 3mm from Cord Clamp

  13. Cordset Assembly (Marquardt): Insert Power Cord wires as shown; Blue or White wire into the push-in terminal L1 and Brown or Black wire into the push-in terminal L2. Ensure Both Wires are Over Boss For Grounded Units, connect Ground wire to Gearcase. Use This Wire Trap on Side of Switch. Route All Wires through Wire Traps as Shown MOD with Cap

  14. Cordset Assembly (Capax): Insert Power Cord wires as shown; White wire to the right of the Quick Disconnect Lever (1) and Black wire in the push-in terminal to the left of the Quick Disconnect. Ensure Both Wires are Over Boss For Grounded Units, connect Ground wire to Gearcase. Use This Wire Trap on Side of Switch. Run the Ground wire past the trigger as shown. Route all wires through wire traps as shown 230V MOD
