  5. Let's see what some of the benefits are.

  6. Increased tolerance to stress Decreases anxiety and blood pressure. Enables you to expend nervous energy.

  7. Reduced heart rate Develop ability to pump more with each beat. Heart works less at rest.

  8. Improved delivery of oxygen to the body Better exchange of gases in the lungs. More efficient movement of oxygen rich blood.

  9. Reduced chance of blood clots Maintains a smooth blood vessel lining. Keeps particles constantly moving.

  10. Improved body composition Increases lean body mass. Reduces body fat.

  11. Increased red blood cell count Production stimulated in the bones. This in turn facilitates oxygen transport.

  12. Reduced effects of coronary heart disease Blood flow to heart itself is regulated. Other risk factors are minimized.
