Education Law 3012-c and Subpart 30-2 • Initial implementation in NYS • Multiple Measures (State and Local) • Alignment to new State Standards in ELA and Math • No curriculum for Common Core Learning Standards • Grs. 3-8 State Assessments - standards-based • Student Learning Objectives – plans including pre and post assessments with growth targets • First time application of Computerized Adaptive Tests - STAR English grs. K-12 and STAR Math grs. K-9 (sgp) • Principals and teachers will be rated using the Multidimensional Principal Performance/NYSUT Rubric • Districts worked independently
