UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Background • The Jan 2010 Counter Threat Finance Intelligence (CTFI) Staff Assistance Visit (SAV) to Afghanistan identified actions that were necessary to mitigate or resolve intelligence gaps for support of the ATFC mission. • Since that visit took place, Personal interviews with threat finance stakeholders were conducted, organization that support CTF were identified, and analysis of potential financial data sources and their availability were examined. The explicit and derived requirements gathered comprise the Sentry System. The ATFC specific data store prototype consisting of a central repository to: • Store CTFI information (raw threat finance specific SSE Data). • Data binning • OCR and machine translation/transliteration capabilities • Data cleansing and standardization • Analysts tools and utilities managed by a workflow processes UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

Deployment / Travel Details • Travel Details • 23 May: Depart Dulles International Airport (IAD) 2018 HRS United 976 to Dubai (DXB) • 24 May: Arrive DXB 1925 HRS • 25 May: Depart DXB Safi Air 4Q204 1200 HRS to Kabul Arrive 1710HRS. • 21 June: Depart Kabul Safi Airways 1820 HRS, flight 4Q201 Arrive DXB 2045 HRS • 22 June: Depart DXB 1210 HRS UA flight 977 Arrive IAD 0611 HRS • Security/Billeting • The ATFC will be responsible for providing billeting and meals at ISAF HQ as well as security to and from the airport. The team will be at ISAF HQ for the duration of the trip. • Contact Plan • The Government PM will contact the Senior Leaders via email on a regular basis with a sitrep. Any movement from ISAF HQ (to and from airport) will be relayed in advance via email so that the Senior Leaders have full awareness of where the Sentry team is at all times.
