  2. Meetings • TNT Website is live and populated with a calendar showing all future TNT General Meetings thru March 2004 and Concept Group Meetings thru February 2004. Also, all TNT presentations and white papers are posted for future reference. • All Concept Groups are actively meeting. • Focus for future TNT General Meetings will be away from education and toward discussion of Concept Group issues.

  4. Upcoming TNT Votes • We anticipate Congestion Management CG bringing a vote on the number of Load Zones (December 17) • We anticipate Cost Benefit CG requesting a vote to ratify the Cost Benefit Study Base Case, Scope of Work, and Request for Proposal (December 17)

  5. Day-Ahead Market • In the November 18 Board Meeting, the Board supported continued stakeholder efforts to examine the best aspects of the Auction Model and Integrated Day-Ahead Model. • In the November 19 PUCT Open Meeting, the Commissioners confirmed they want us to continue our efforts to examine Day-Ahead Market designs before issuing a proposed Rule. They expressed hope that we could reach consensus before their January 29 Open Meeting.

  6. Day-Ahead Market (cont.) • This should allow more time for education on the models and we should know more about other elements of the market design like real time and market mitigation by mid-January. • TNT held a special TNT Day-Ahead Educational Meeting on December 1 • Day-Ahead presentations from other ISOs scheduled for PUCT Workshop December 9 • TNT plans to provide time on their January 7 agenda to hear hybrid design proposals.
