  7. Things to discuss • Purchase new CW street signs • Purchasing group subscription to mobile phone call / text message service • Annual dues • Discuss the potential need for street/area representatives • Potential formation of a board of officers • Decisions, money accountability, checking account

  11. So, what would it cost? • Assume we had 200 participants • Cost = $55.00 per month • 12 months X $55.00 = $660 per year • $660 ÷ 200 = $3.30 per person/per year • Assume we had 75 participants • Cost = $35.00 per month • 12 months X $35.00 = $420 per year • $420 ÷ 75 = $5.60 per person/per year • These are unlimited plans (unlimited calls and text messages per month)

  12. Dial My Calls.com • http://www.dialmycalls.com/index.html • This is the company we just visited • AMG Alerts.com • http://www.amgalerts.com/ • Want to do a demo … pricing unavailable … larger volume • RAVE Mobile Safety.com • http://www.ravemobilesafety.com/campus/ravealert.html • Never heard back from them … larger volume • Kwik Call • http://www.kwikcall.com/common/index.html • Have not priced them
