  2. Reconciliation of SR UI & Reactive accounts Details of payments and disbursement of UI/Reactive energy accounts for first half of year 2012-13 furnished to all entities on 09.10.2012. Confirmation received from KPTCL ,NLC I Expn ,NLC II Expan, PG HVDC,ERLDC & WRLDC No comments received from others and hence to be treated as reconciled. Back

Reconciliation of STOA disbursements Details of payments and disbursement of UI/Reactive energy accounts of the following months furnished to all entities for verification and reconciliation June 12 09.07.2012 July 12 09.08. 2012 August 12 12.09.2012 Also a consolidated statement circulated along with the agenda. No comments received and hence to be treated as reconciled All applicants requested to verify the details of curtailment published in SRLDC website by 2nd of every month Back

  5. L/C for UI payment • TN yet to enhance the LC amount of Rs.5Crs to 32.84Crs as per their liability • Kudamkulam (KNPP) yet to open LC for Rs.62 Lakhs . Back

  6. Instances of delay in SEM data receipt (July12-Oct 12) The status of weekly SEM data receipt as on every Monday 1700hrs and Tuesday 1200hrs is available at SRLDC website : srldc.org\commercial\weekly sem data Stations and SLDCs may pl check this and ensure timely data transmission Next

SEM Time drift report not being received from ANDHRAPRADESH: Only Ditchipally, Kalapaka & Chittoor stations started sending KARNATAKA: All stations except Nelamangala & Raichur TAMILNADU: All stations except Gummidipundi & Hosur Pondicherry: Yanam not sending. ISGS STATIONS: Vallur , NLC I expn not regular CTU STATIONS: Munirabad ,Warangal ,Kolar not sending

  8. Time Correction • SRLDC requested to carry out Time correction in certain systems • In Karnataka only Nelamangalacorrected. Time correction to be done at all other stations including inter-state lines. • In Tamilnadutime drift observed at Alamathy, SV chatram and Inter-state lines other than Hosur and Gummidipundi.

  9. Time Correction--contd • In AP correction done at Ditchipally, Chittoor, Kalapaka, Kothagudam, VTPS. • In AP Major time drift observed at Mehaboobnagar, Mammidipally, Kurnool, Gajwel, Malkaram, Vemagiri and Inter-state lines.

Non-conformity to Tech.specification of SEMs installed by NLC TS-I Expansion Extract from Technical Specification of SEM installed as Interface meters by CTU 16.0 Each meter shall have a built-in calendar and clock, having an accuracy of 30seconds per month or better. The calendar and clock shall be correctly set at the manufacturer’s works. The date (year-month-day) and time (hour-min.-sec.) shall be displayed on the meter front (when VT supply has been connected), on demand. Only limited clock adjustment shall be possible at site, using the DCD. When an advance or retard command is given, six subsequent time blocks shall be contracted or elongated by ten seconds each. The meter shall not accept another clock correction command for seven days. All clock corrections shall be registered in the meter’s memory and suitably shown on print out of collected data. Next

  11. No stamping of Time correction ‘rr’/’aa’ observed in the data of SEMs at NLC I Expn whenever time correction is done. • SRLDC requested NLC to look into the matter for compliance • NLC replied that they have taken up the matter with supplier. • Status to be informed Letters Next

  12. Calibration of SEMs • Calibration testing completed for CTU installed SEMs and those installed by NLC • Request CTU/NLC to furnish a copy of the test reports to SRLDC Back
