  3. Setting up of extension 1. Click the engaged for Engaged button tools tab to download the extension from Chrome store.Contact your sales force Administration if cannot locate Engaged sales tool-It must be configured Navigate the chrome extension manager by typing chrome//extension/into the address bar or by navigating to chrome menu >More tool>Extension Find the Engaged extension and click option Click login with the sales force If prompted, enter your sales force credentials.   5. Process of sending Email 1. 2. 3. 4. In Gmail,Compose a new email. Click the pardon cloud icon. Mark the track click and open Optional;Mark uses default email selection for record. If you have multiple prospects with the same email address, marking this box will track the email on a previously-selected record. Engaged for the gmail slide process It gives more information about the email threads participants ● Able to see if available company name, address and phone number of the participants. ● View the score and grade of the corresponding pardon prospect. ● If the participants exists as a lead or contact in the sales force, it will be linked to the record. ● View the prospects recent marketing action. ● Add and remove the prospect TO and FRom list using ADD TO NURTURE. To use this sliding panel, open any of your trackable email threads. The slide bar will open on the right side of the screen.

NOTES ● Email send with Engage for Gmail are send through Google’s email server- not pardon’s If you have sync plugin then unable this setting, Engaged for the Gmail email will be logged to the lead or connect activity history with the ‘’Engaged Gmail Email’’ If you have multiple prospects with the same email address, you will be prompted to select which sales force record you want to track the email on. Variable tags included with the template will populate. Variable tags that are added for Gmail support only variable tags based on prospect field.Variable tag based on the accounting field will not be populated ● ● ●
