Schedule • Monday 12/17– Exam Schedule #6 • 1stPeriod 8:30 – 9:16 • 2nd Period 9:21 – 10:07 • 3rd Period 10:12 – 11:03 • 4th Period 11:08 – 11:59 • 5th Period 12:04 – 12:55 • 6thPeriod 1:00 – 1:46 • 7th Period Exam 1:51 – 3:38 • You must come to school on Monday or you will be counted absent even if you don’t have a 7th period exam.

  3. Schedule • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will follow Exam Schedule #7 * This is for the students who do not have permission to leave after their exams.

  4. Exam Check Out Form For example, if you have a first period exam on Tuesday, but not a 3rd period exam, you would check 10:15 (1st) – that is the time you are checking out. • If you plan to leave early, you need to fill out this form. Please make sure your name and number are printed neatly. Check the class periods in which you are leaving campus after the exam. Need Parent Signature

How can I leave early? • Fill out the exam check out form. • Turn in the form to the attendance office or to your 1st period teacher. • Make sure your parent or guardian has signed the form. • Once the form is turned in, you do not need to go to the attendance office to check out during exam week. The form is all that is needed. • If you do not have a 1st, 2nd, or 5th period exam, then you do not have to come to school until 10:00am on your exam day if you can get to school at that time. • IF YOU RIDE THE BUS HOME, YOU MUST REMAIN ON CAMPUS UNTIL 3:38! • School buses will run on a normal schedule. They will not arrive to school late or leave campus early. • If there are any days when you have no exams, then you don’t have to come to school that day!

  6. More Info… • You may not leave an exam period early. Once the exam period starts, all students are required to stay until the end of the exam period. • Students that are failing homeroom will be contacted and told where to report after exams. They will NOT be allowed to check out.

  7. Scenarios It is Tuesday. You have a 1st period exam, but you have lunch for 3rd period. • When do you need to be at school? • When can you leave campus? • What can you do from 10:20 – 12:10? • What happens if you ride the bus? • What would happen if you didn’t have a 1st period exam?

  8. Scenarios It is Wednesday. Your teacher told you that you won’t have a 2nd period exam. However, you do have a 4th period exam. • When do you need to be at school? • When can you leave campus? • What do you do from 8:30 – 10:15? • What happens if you ride the bus?

  9. Scenarios It is Monday. Your 7th period teacher told you that you don’t have to take an exam. • When do you need to be at school? • When can you leave campus? • What can you do from 1:51 – 3:38? • What happens if you ride the bus? • What would happen if you did have to take the 7th period exam?
