  2. Skimpy Status this week - - • MicroBooNE collaboration meeting is later this week • There is still some ongoing discussion on the CD-4 definition, on the project org chart, and related things • Will be able to report conclusion on some items at the next OPMO meeting MicroBooE OPMO

  3. CD–0 Status • Draft document still with Randy • Holds information to use as input to Mission Need • White Paper – in progress by Cat • General description of the Project • Text to accompany “about MicroBooNE” slides • Will also hold the basic information which can serve as the input to a Mission Need • Can CD-0 arrive when readiness for CD-1 is demonstrated? • After a Director’s CD-1 readiness review, for example MicroBooE OPMO

  4. CD-4 Definition • Collaboration is close to agreement • Drafted by Bruce • Detector Facility complete and operational • All safety systems operational • Detector installation complete • All detector sub-system checkouts complete (criteria TBD) • Cryogenic plant tests with liquid argon complete • Ready for initial filling of vessel • Does not include • Demonstration of purge filling or purity • Observation of tracks MicroBooE OPMO

  5. Other Project Docs • In preparation for the collaboration meeting, I have created drafts of – • PMP section on Org structure, org chart + text • Key Assumptions • Contingency Rules • Risk Management Plan • Working on – • BOE form and instructions • Labor categories and rates MicroBooE OPMO

  6. Progress on WBS & Dictionary • Work continues • Same structure at Level 2 as previously shown • Working on more consistency at Level 3 across all the Level 2’s • Dictionary definitions drafted for Level 2 • Work continues filling in Level 3 definitions MicroBooE OPMO
