Russian-Indian Joint Enterprise for Car Horn Production

The president of industrial group "AvtoKom" V. Maleev and the chapter of group of companies Roots (India) K. Ramasami signed an agreement on creating a joint Russian-Indian enterprise for manufacturing car horns in Lyskovo, Nizhniy Novgorod. The production capacities of JVS Roots-LETZ will be developed at OAO "Lyskovsky Elektrotekhnichesky Zavod" (OAO "LETZ").

  1. ISO 9001-2008 Президент промышленной группы «АвтоКом» В.Малеев и глава группы компаний Roots (Индия) К. Рамасами 16.06.2010 подписали в Лысково (Нижегородская область) соглашение о создании совместного российско-индийского предприятия по производству звуковых автомобильных сигналов. В соответствии с достигнутой договоренностью производственные мощности JVS Roots-LETZ, создающегося на паритетных началах, будут развернуты на базе Лысковского электротехнического завода. The president of industrial group " AvtoKom" V.Maleev and the chapter of group of companies Roots (India) K.Ramasami 16.06.2010 have signed in Lyskovo (the Nizhniy Novgorod area) the agreement on creation of the joint Russian-Indian enterprise on manufacture of horn. According to the reached arrangement capacities JVS Roots-LETZ, created on an equal footing, will be developed on the basis of OAO "Lyskovsky Elektrotekhnichesky Zavod" (OAO "LETZ").
