  6. “E” Eat a lot of fresh fruits, veggies, bread and water

  7. “F” Forgive others, don’t hold grudges and be tolerant, not everyone is as capable as you.

  8. “G” Gain Perspective on things, how important is this issue ?

  9. “H” Hugh, kisses and laughter : Have fun and don’t be afraid to share your feelings with others

  10. “I” Identify stressor and plan to deal with them better next time

  11. “J” Judge your own performance realistically, don’t set goals out of own your reach.

  12. “K” Keep positive attitude, your outlook will influence outcome and the way others treat you

  13. “L” Limit alcohol, drug and other stimulants, they effect your perception and behavior

  14. “M” Manage money well

  16. “O” Out door activities by your self or with friends, family can be a great way to relax

  17. “P” Play your favorite music, rather than watching television

  18. “Q” Quit smoking :It is stressing your body daily, no to mention killing you too

  19. “R” Relationships : Enjoy with them, learn to listen more and talk less

  20. “S” Sleep well : With firm mattress and supportive pillow

  21. “T” Treat your self once with massage , dinner out, the movies.

  22. “U” Understand thing from the other person’s point of view

  23. “V” Verify information from the source before exploding

  24. “W” Worry less (don’t worry) , it really does not get things completed better or quicker

  25. “X” Xpress : Make a regular retreat to your favorite space, make holiday part of your yearly plan & budget

  26. “Y” Yearly goal setting : Plan what you want to achieved based on your priorities in your career, relationship, etc

  27. “Z” Zest for life : each day is a gift. Smile, and thankful that you a part of bigger picture
