  6. Pace yourself at about one drink an hour Cut yourself off at 3 or 4 drinks. Drinking quickly overwhelms your body. Imagine filling a sink faster than it can drain. Eventually the sink is going to overflow. One Drink an Hour

  7. Maximizes the stimulating, relaxing, buzzof alcohol. Helps avoid the depressant, negative effects and a hangover. One Drink an Hour
