Epigenetic Differences in CIMP+ and CIMP- Ependymomas

Ependymomas with CIMP+ and CIMP- characteristics show variations in CpG hypermethylation and H3K27 trimethylation of genes associated with PRC2 occupancy in ES cells. This research highlights the epigenetic distinctions between these two subtypes of tumors.
