  2. Be Your OWN Boss! Real Estate, as you may already know, is a lucrative and highly-rewarding industry. No matter what economy, no matter what market, people alwaysneed a place to live. Its up to you, the agent, to decide whether you’re going to be successful or not. When the market gets tough, the agent has to get tougher. With so many different avenues to take in real estate, you cannot go wrong. From foreclosures [REOs], to short sales, to traditional sales, you have many options to success. In my first year in real estate, I came to six figures in volume and GCI. And its only growing from there. There is no limiting on how much money you make; only you can decide what’s best for yourself!

Learn the three requirements: Real Estate Practice, Principles and an elective. I strongly recommend “Legal Aspects of Real Estate”. STUDY STUDYSTUDY.
