4. Getting Your License For prospective agents in California, go to www.realestatecentre.biz and enroll in online pre-licensing classes. Learn the three requirements: Real Estate Practice, Principles and an elective. I strongly recommend “Legal Aspects of Real Estate”. STUDY STUDYSTUDY.
