  3. Mountain Bike Trip to GlentressImportant Information Paperwork for the trip was distributed on Thursday last week. If you did not get this you must see Mr Rhodes ASAP. If you don’t have the paperwork completed you will not be able to go. Meeting on Thursday 26 June to sort out bike sizing – meet in 009 at 1.15 pm. If you do not attend this you will have to take whatever bikes are left which may not be suitable and spoil your three days.

  4. PARIS TRIP 2 Some students have yet to hand in forms, passports, EHIC and security deposit. See Mr Stewart ASAP if there is a problem. 27 June 2014 – 2 July 2014

  5. Suspended Timetable Manchester / Blackpool Trip Important meeting on Thursday at 1:20 pm in room 106. Everyone going on this trip must attend. If you cannot attend see Mrs Begbie or Miss Macgregor

  6. 2015 Bronze Group S4 Duke of Edinburgh Group ALL S4 DofE Bronze students need to return their parental consent forms for the Vogrie day to Mr Boyle or Miss McDonald today.

  7. Art Department Could all students pick up their Art work and folders by Friday 27 June. Any work not collected will be recycled.

  8. S3 Please collect all S2 fashion designer homework materials and Home Economics folders by the end of today. Work not collected will be recycled.

  9. Battlefields trip • Final student meeting TODAY LUNCHTIME – starting 1.15 pm in room 117 • Please come and get a rooming request form from Mrs Crawford if you haven’t already done so

  10. S4 Could all students who have still to collect their fashion and textile folders from S3, please come to Home Economics and collect all fabric work and folders by end of today. Thank you

  11. All students who signed up to visit Edinburgh Zoo during the suspended timetable must attend a meeting on Thursday 26 June at 1:30 pm in room 104.

  12. Paris Trip 1 Please ensure you hand in: Passport and EHIC card to Miss Fairley in room 204 by this Friday please. MEETING ON FRIDAY AT BREAK TIME IN ROOM 201.

  13. Trip to Munich and Salzburg There will be a short final meeting at 10.20 am on Friday 27 June for all students going on this trip in the open plan classroom on the first floor. It is urgent that you attend.

  14. Alton Towers –Trip.Bus Lists are now on wall outside 107 BUS 1 – Meeting Wednesday Break-time Room 110 BUS 2 – Meeting Wednesday Lunchtime BUS 3 – Meeting Thursday Break-time Room 110 BUS 4 – Meeting Thursday Lunchtime

  15. Lost Property- Royal Highland Show Trip If you have lost a possession on this trip last week please see Miss Fairley in room 204

  16. S4 – S6STUDENTS You can keep your locker for the new session if you want to. No £5 refund due if you keep the locker as this will go to the rental hire for your locker for next year.

  17. S3STUDENTS You must return your locker key on Thursday 26 June at morning break in the Assembly Hall and you will receive your £5 refund. You can re-apply for a locker on the 1st and 2nd floor after the summer break and the cost will be £5 for the rental hire.
