Necessary conditions for quality benchmarking? • Data quality strategy/practice & core • systems: HESA/HEIs • Brainpower beats benchmarking, incessant questioning • Inputs the easy bit, what about the outputs • A shared service development? • More granular (opt-in club) HESA returns? • Appetite • ...Legal permission...
