  1. Noah Dendinger Proposal

  2. Current Work Situation • There isn’t enough space to fill out donor information or work on bigger packaging projects. • The donators and customers that come in don’t feel comfortable sharing their personal information in such an open area. • There isn’t enough space for the big machinery that we have for the creation and packaging of “Sacs.”

  3. Actions • Create a large office for multiple workers: This solution wouldn’t cost as much money as the others while being just as effective. We could knock down walls to make a larger area with many dividers to make more personal spaces with not doing much work. • Create a small space for every worker: Every worker would have their own personal office space.

  4. Actions (Continued) • Knock walls out to make larger rooms: Aside from personal spaces, we also need larger spaces for bigger projects. To do this, we could have construction workers come in and knock out walls to make a larger room for this purpose. • Creating a new room that 50x50 feet for large projects: We could make a whole new space for big projects.

  5. Recommend • Dimensions: Room dimensions of 70x70 feet; height of 15 feet • Walls: Knock out walls of the existing work space with support beams put up to keep the structure standing. ($10,000 • Dividers: After the walls are knocked out, we would bring in the dividers. The dividers would have doors and be contractible for easy access to other rooms to other rooms and moving if needed. ($1200)

  6. Implement • 50-50 raffle: We can use the revenue from the raffle to pay for new space. • Ad in on TV: The advertisement will allow more people to know about us, making more donations and funds. • Billboard: This will create even more advertisement will allow people will come in to help. • Recycling: We could sell the boards from the walls to people who could use them instead of throwing them away.

  7. Evaluate • Comfortably • More space to allow things to happen • Produce would rise • Funding will allow more production
