  1. FAMILIES MEALWe shall again be supporting the families meal week. This will take place on Monday 9th November 2009. The menus for this day is Pasta bolognese with homemade garlic bread and sweetcorn with Orange Iced Dessert. We really look forward to welcoming mums, dads and even grandparents here to our school. We shall be sending out an order form soon CHILDRENS SAFETY Please remember to not park on the yellow lines outside school. Always drop your child off through the school gates and collect your child from the playground. We do not encourage children leaving the playground alone – Unless they are cycling and we are informed they are going home alone. Please make sure to pick your child up on time. We love the children staying to play after school, however please remember school closes at 3.15 and you need to be here to pick up your child at this time. Please call us if you are running late and we shall make sure your child stays with a member of staff. WALK TO SCHOOL We have changed our meeting point for walk to school to School Road (just around the corner from where it was). We understand some parents concerns and hope that this works well. Can we ask parents to drop children at the top of the road, wait for supervision from a teacher without driving up to school. Our aim is to reduce the cars coming to school by walking and would greatly appreciate your assistance. Please DO NOT start walking to school until a teacher is present!!! We have had some repair work done to our Quadra cycle – thank you Mr Marshall, and this hopefully should be back on the road soon.. Newsletter Just to update with all that’s going on at our school . We have planned so many things for the children….
