Cacti x CactiEz • O Cacti original pode ser encontrado em www.cacti.net, entretanto, a sua versão original não possui nenhum plugin. • Quanto ao CactiEz, um grupo de usuários, liderados por Jimmy Conner, criou uma série de plugins que "modificam" a forma do Cacti trabalhar. • A distribuição CactiEZ já tem todos os plugins "oficiais" do site www.cactiusers.org. • Demais plugins poderão ser encontrados no fórum oficial da ferramenta, http://forums.cacti.net.

Download e instalação do CactiEz • Para realizar o download do CactiEZ, visite http://cactiez.cactiusers.org/. • Após o download, grave a imagem ISO em uma mídia ou utilize a ISO em uma máquina virtual. • O processo de instalação correrá da forma tradicional a demais sistemas operacional Linux. • Configure um IP e a partir do navegador de uma estação, acesse o IP que você acabou de configurar.
