Regrade Procedure • Fill out and print the request form (located on the PAF 101 website) for the exercises you want re-graded. • Make sure you circle the exercises you want re-graded on the cover page of your module. • Hand in your module and request form on Friday, March 28, 2014

Dale Carnegie Principles • Don't criticize, condemn or complain. • Give honest and sincere appreciation. • Arouse the other person an eager want. • Become genuinely interested in other people. • Remember that a man's name is to him the sweetest and most important sound in any language. • Be a good listener.
