  3. It’s ok to use the web (wisely of course!). It contains a ton of information, is fast, free, and current. However…

  5. IntegratedSearch Tool • You can use the integrated search tool as a starting point for your research. Do a quick preliminary search to search for journal articles, books, and more.

  7. Use the online catalog to locate... • Books by title, author, or subject • Chapters in a book • Journal, newspaper, and magazine titles • Reference books • Audio CDs, DVDs/VHS

  8. Using the Library Catalog Click on “Find Books & Other Material in our Library” to enter the library catalog. Using the title field, conduct a search for the title In the Sanctuary of Outcasts. What is the call number? _____________________ Who is the author? ______________________ Copies owned by library? ___ Is it available? _____ Where is this item located?________________
