When you teach yoga to kids, you have the opportunity to have a significant impact on their lives. We offer both an online and an in-person kids yoga training program. My Mission Students in our programs learn how to teach fun, effective, and safe yoga classes to kids ages 3 through teenagers. Our child yoga teacher education program emphasizes positive teaching techniques, proper sequencing, safety considerations, and kid-friendly modifications to make each class a rewarding experience for everyone.

This is to develop a taste for yoga and to get their bodies used to this new form of physical growth. The exercises open up the mind and create new channels within it, as well as develop the body's physical and mental capabilities. Keep your arms parallel to the ground and pointing forward Straighten your back Tighten your abdominal muscles Hold the posture for six counts Breathing methodology: Inhale before raising the upper body and legs Hold the breath while holding the asana Exhale as you lie down
