Submit grant proposal to DG Committee Applying for a Grant • Must support one or more of the goals of the Six Area(s) of Focus • Must be Sustainable • May involve Rotary clubs in two pilot or non-pilot districts • District must confirm club is qualified TRF , Membership, New Generations Seminar

  6. Rotarian cash contributions District Grant Financing • District Designated Fund • Non-Rotarian cash contributions (not sent to or matched by the Foundation) Financial Management • Club must maintain bank account solely for DISTRICT GRANT Funds TRF , Membership, New Generations Seminar

  7. Successful Project Implementation • Communication • Financial management • Record keeping • Following original plan • Evaluation of the project TRF , Membership, New Generations Seminar

Final report by April 15, 2011 District Grant Reports • Reports submitted to DG Committee • Type of activity: humanitarian project, scholar, vocational training team • Evaluation of project goals and how funds were spent to meet the project goals • Number of beneficiaries and how they benefited TRF , Membership, New Generations Seminar
