This NDA Examination is organized by the Union Service Public  NDA Application Form 2023 Commission (UPSC). The Army, The Navy, and the Cadets of the three services are  NDA Vacancy 2023 trained together. Later they go on the pre-commissioning training in their respective service academies.  NDA Syllabus 2023 The Selected Candidates of the following three services viz, Army, Navy, and Air  NDA Salary 2023 force get preliminary training in both academic and physical for three years at the  NDA Result 2023 National Defence Academy, an Inter-Service Institution. The Training during the first two and half years is typical of three wings.  NDA Exam Pattern 2023 NDA Exam Pattern  NDA Cut O? 2023  NDA Previous Years Papers NDA Examination is conducted twice a year. When it is conducted initially in the year then it is referred to as NDA and NA - 1 and this examination conducted the second time is referred to as NDA and NA - 2. NDA / NA - 1 examination is conducted in April and the NDA / NA - 2 examination is conducted in the month of September. The application form for NDA - 2 is released in the month of June. NDA Exam Age limit: - Age for giving the Written Exam is 15.5 years to 18.5 Years. And the date of Joining NDA must be between 16.5 years to 19.5 years. NDA Exam Pattern for Girls After approval interim by the supreme court, the female candidates are also eligible for sitting in the NDA examination. NDA Eligibility for female candidates remains the same as for male candidates. The criteria of height, weight, and vision criteria are the same as for male candidates marital status is also included. There is quite a relaxation in height and physical requirements. The NDA Mathematics portion consists of basic numerals which are based on the 11th and 12th-grade syllabus. ?. And General Ability Test is Majorly divided into English and General Knowledge portion. Generally, 200 marks questions are asked from the English portion and 400 marks Questions are asked from General Ability Test. The entire paper consists of 600 marks and Marks will allot after combining Mathematics Paper

The combing mark is 900, in which the candidate has to score 25% marks in each subject, but for recommendation in NDA, the Candidate must have to clear the NDA cut-o? of the Examination. NDA Question Patterns: Objectives (Multiple Choice Questions- MCQ ) are generally asked. NDA Marking Pattern: 33.33% Negative Marking: For each wrong answer ⅓ marks assigned to the question are deducted. Language: The Question paper (Test Booklets) of Mathematics and part B of the General Ability Test will be set bilingually in Hindi as well as English. The Exam is conducted in basically online mode. NDA Exam Time Duration: The duration of Mathematics, as well as the general ability test, is of 2 hours and 3o minutes. ?. NDA SSB ( Intelligence and Personality Test) The SSB procedure consists of two stages: the Selection process- Stage 1 and stage 2. Only those Candidates who clear stage 1 are permitted to appear for stage 2. There are the following details about Stage 1 and stage 2 are as follows: Stage 1- Comprises O?cer Intelligence Rating (ORI) tests are Picture Perception and Description Test ( PP and DT) candidates will be shortlisted based on the combination of performance in OIR Test and PP and DT. Stage 2-Comprises of Interview, Group Testing O?cer Task, Psychology Test, and the Conference, These tests are conducted over 4 days. The personality of a candidate is assessed by three assessors viz. The Interviewing O?cer (IO), Group Testing O?cer (GTO), and the Psychologist. There is no separate weightage for each test. The marks are allotted by assessors only after taking into consideration the performance of the candidate holistically in all the tests. In addition, marks for the Conference are also allotted based on the initial performance of the candidate on the three techniques and the decision of the Board. All these have equal weightage. Note: Non-maths background candidates can not apply for Air Force and Navy wing. For applying in these branches, Candidates must have Physics and Maths as major subjects in 12th standard. Non-Maths background students can only apply for the Army wing which has eligibility of 12th standard or equivalent.
