  8. IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN ANY SERVICE EVENT, REMEMBER TO SET A REMINDER WHEN IT IS IN PHONE OR OTHER MEANS

  9. Angel League Helping Who: Disabled children What: Helping play baseball with disabled children Where: Baseball fields behind the high school When: 6-7PM and 7-8PM on Monday October 15th ***There are signup sheets available (2 sign in sheets)

  10. Volleyball Social!!! Who: Any Key Clubber What: Play volleyball with other Key Club folk!! Where: Village of Fairview Volleyball Court When: Friday, October 12th from 6:00PM – 8:00PM

  11. North Texas Food Bank Who: about 30 Key Club Members What: Volunteering in the Distribution center Where: Cockrell Hill Campus 4500 S. Cockrell Hill Road Dallas, TX, 75236 When: Saturday, October 13th from 1:00PM – 3:30PM (WILL BE TAKING A BUS THERE TOGETHER, ARRIVE IN FRONT OF AHS AT 11:30AM) ***Sign up sheet available ***will arrive back around 4:30PM to the high school

  12. Allen Philharmonic Who: 20 Key Club Members What: Ushering Where: AHS PAC When: Saturday October 13th at 7:00 PM – 10:00PM ***Sign available ***(Volunteers needs to wear dark dress pants and a white shirt / blouse.    Please no T-shirts / jeans/ flip flops or sneakers. )

Ford Concession Stand Who: 5 Key Club Members per shift What: Volunteering at the concession stand during the Middle School game Where: Ford Middle School When: October 16th Shift 1: 4:15PM – 6:15PM (5 people) Shift 2: 6:15PM – 8:30PM (5 people) ***sign up sheet available ***MUST HAVE FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATION

  17. Who: Any Key Clubber What: Collecting money to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS among young people because it is right to keep them from harm and enable them to protect others. Where: Anywhere you will get donations When: Through the month of October ***Sign up sheet available ***Every $5 = 2 hours DUE AT OCTOBER 25TH MEETING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  18. CANDY SALES MONEY DUE AT THE NOV. 1ST MEETING!!Have exact bills (3 $20’s, 1 $5, and 2 $1’s)

  19. Hours! • Don’t forget to keep track of your service and social hours. • They will be collected Oct. 25that the meeting!

  20. DON’T FORGET TO SIGN UP • Sign up sheets are there for a reason… • The club is here to provide service so do your job! • SIGNING UP FOR SERVICE EVENTS IS VERY IMPORTANT. We are trying to get in the top 25 clubs by doing so… • WE ARE HERE TO HELP! 

  22. Making tissue flowers for the Children’s Miracle Network • Fold tissue paper into long rectangles • Twist pipe cleaner around top • Unfold tissue paper into a flower • When finished, bring to the front • K-Family Committee MUST stay to help clean up
