Toxins in your Body ,What exactly are they ? • A poisonous substance produced during the metabolism and growth of certain micro organisms and some higher plant and animal species What causes Toxin Build up in our Body • There are several reasons that causes toxins to build-up in our bodies. Poor diet, junk food, alcohol, medication. • Overall poor health of the body and its organs and environmental toxicity all help to contribute to the excessive amount of toxins in the body.
