Bravčové rebierko • Potrebujeme:4 bravčové rebierka, 80 g klobásy, 1 menšia cibuľa, 80 g hríbov, soľ, čierne korenie, olej • Ako na to:Na rošt grilu položíme panvicu, do ktorej dáme maslo, nakrájanú cibuľu, klobásu a hríby. Osolíme, okoreníme a krátko smažíme. Bravčové rebierko zbavíme prebytočného tuku a naplníme mierne vychladnutou zmesou. Uzavrieme špajdľou, osolíme, okoreníme, potrieme olejom a grilujeme. Jednotlivé rebierka doplníme plátkami uhoriek a chrenovým maslom. Podávame s rôzne upravenými zemiakmi, zeleninovou oblohou alebo čiernym chlebom.
