  1. New Fashion Trends: Does not appear to be a lead factor in China Compared to Seoul, Tokyo Rome, Paris, London New York, Etc…

  2. At the Markets: It appeared that they viewed all visitors as potential target. I felt the overall environment was hostile and geared toward squeezing every possible RBM from visitors. An extremely stressful place to visit and a depressing place to live and work.

  3. Given the impact that China has had on our economy, I expected a greater visual manifestation of it’s economic power . I did not expect to see such poor infrastructure: roads, waste management and utilities issues, etc… I also noticed that the health care system issues seem to be insurmountable .
