  3. Exporting • Main interests on: (a) the MeasurementofExport Performance using multi-criteria problem solving methods (e.g. AHP) and the (b) driversofexport success. Questions addressed: • How can we define and operationalise Export Success? • What Export Objectives do firms pursue and what is their relative importance when assessing success? • What is the Time Horizon (short- vs. long-term) employed? • What is the Frameof Reference (own export plan, vs. competition) against which performance is assessed? • What are the contextual factors that may have an impact on export performance assessments? • What are the Determinants of export firms’ success?

Further research interests Organisational Performance & Marketing Performance with an emphasis on: • Integrated performance measurement systems such as the Balanced Scorecard. • Marketing performance metrics and/or marketing accountability. Other Marketing-related issues: • E-mail Surveying, Customer Loyalty and Behaviour in Consumer and Industrial markets. Organisational Behaviour with an emphasis on: • Job Stress, Motivation, Satisfaction & Performance
