  4. Progress in Staffordshire • 1239 contracted jobs to deliver • Achieved 1236 via the Staffordshire partnership of employers • Of the 651 leavers 248 now have a permanent job Why… Support and commitment to both employee and employer

JET Service – cont… JET objectives • To understand employer requirements, culture, needs and role requirements • To advise on suitability of vacancies, and to help revise JD’s where appropriate • To provide a matching and short listing service to employers • To interview, understand and match customers / clients aspirations & skills to available jobs

  8. JET Service – In work support What JET do • Dedicated case worker for each employer taking who are responsible for the employees in their organisations In work • Day one support • 13 week meeting with supervisors • Brokering training (if required) • At 21 weeks, jobsearch, employability etc

  9. JET Service – Post FJF Support If the individual doesn’t secure work with FJF employer…. JET offers on one to one basis or workshop • Job search activity • CV/application writing • Pre interview preparation • 90 jobs on the books at any given time with a proportion of interview guarantees
