Summary of Non-NOAA Satellite Data Availability • Receiving raw Terra (MODIS) and Aqua (AIRS, MODIS, AMSR-E) data in real time from NASA • Receiving raw QuikSCAT (SeaWINDS) data in real time from NASA • Receiving ASCAT, GOME, and IASI Level 1B data in near real time from EUMETSAT • Receiving raw JASON2 data from NOAA/EUMETSAT ground stations and OGDRs from EUMETSAT • Receiving raw and processed WindSAT data from IPO/Navy Selection Criteria:

Status of Non-NOAA Satellite Products (EOS) • MODIS Processing (Aqua and Terra) • Produced within 3-4 hours of observation in HDF(4) • Level 1A (MOD01) • Level 1B (1KM, 1/2KM, 1/4KM) • Geolocation (MOD03) • Aerosol (MOD04) • Cloud Product (MOD06) • Atmospheric Profiles (MOD07) • Fire (MOD14) • SST (MOD28) • Cloud Mask (MOD35) • Ocean Color - Normalized Water Leaving Radiances (MODOCL2) • Ocean Color Derived Products (MODOCL2B) Selection Criteria:

Status of Non-NOAA Satellite Products (EOS) • AMSR-E Processing (Aqua) • Level 1A (Counts) • Level 1B (Brightness Temperatures) in BUFR • Level 2 (Geophysical Products, e.g., rain rate, total precipitable water, land surface emissivity) in HDF(4) • Level 2A - Resampled Brightness Temperatures • AIRS Processing (Aqua, HSB failed) • AIRS thinned data sets (300 channels) produced within 3 hours of observation, in BUFR • Full spectral resolution data sets in HDF(4) • Temperature and moisture soundings

Status of Non-NOAA Satellite Products (MetOp) • IASI Processing • Vertical Temperature and Moisture Profiles produced within 3 hours of observation • Radiances in BUFR • ASCAT Processing • 25km resolution MGDR products in BUFR produced within 3 hours of observation • GOME Processing • Total Ozone Field (orbit) within 3 hours of observation (Binary or BUFR) • Aerosol Index • Daily gridded Total Ozone Product Selection Criteria:

Status of Non-NOAA Satellite Products • SeaWINDS Processing (QuikSCAT) • 12.5km and 25km resolution MGDR products (in BURF) produced within 3 hours of observation • WindSAT Processing (Coriolis) • Level 1B and Level 2 products provided by FNMOC • NOAA investigating algorithm modifications and NRT processing • JCSDA had developed BUFR for WindSAT • SSM/IS and TRMM Product Distribution • TRMM in HDF(4) • SSM/IS in BUFR Selection Criteria:

Status of Non-NOAA Satellite Products • JASON2 Processing • OGDRs (in BURF and NetCDF) produced within 3 hours of observation • OGDRs contain Sea Surface Heights, Sea Surface Wind Speed, Brightness Temperatures, Sigma-0s • NOAA and EUMETSAT share distribution of OGDRs produced at each site • Processing software (TM_NRT) provided by CNES
