CONSIDERATIONS • Structure of the Risk Management Unit for the province– does the structure speak to the support needs of the province • Does the Risk Management Committee support the Provincial Risk Management initiatives and address the GAPS • DATA analysis used to enhance the risk registers of the Provincial Departments, Legislation and Entities • Shift from technical RM to integration • Risk prioritization • Risk reporting (system and structure to address particular risks) • A shift from traditional reporting – reporting on actual risk and its management • Beyond technical RM reporting - Technical RM reporting has been done and has had no impact
