  8. Lessons learned for innovations in evaluation • The model found relevant and useful • Peg some data collection to other evaluative activities to rationalise resources • External evaluator needs to have good knowledge about the organisation

  9. Advise to users of CcIPA • Planning and timing of the implementation of the study is critical to its success • It is important to be mindful of the internal dynamics in the organisations that may affect 5Cs assessment scores
