Overview • Date: 10 November 2012 • Location: Crystal Gateway Marriot Arlington, VA • Uniform • Marines: Evening Dress or Blue Dress ‘A’ • Civilians: Black Tie, Formal Gown • Tickets on sale from Oct 1st to Oct 31st • Each person can purchase up to 4 tickets at their rank price listed, or more at $100.00 • Cash, Money Order, or Check payable to MCCS accepted. No Refunds.

  4. Lodging & Transportation • Lodging can be reserved at the Crystal Gateway Marriot for the price of $89.00. This discount is for Sergeants and below ONLY from Oct 1st – Oct 20th. • Jr Suite’s are $119.00 as available. • Transportation can be provided for Marines and Sailors that do not have a personal means of travel. If transportation is needed sign up with respective ball rep. • Valet parking costs $27.00 • Standard parking $15.00. • Ensure you book the room under the “Marine Corps Base Quantico Ball”. Parking is also at the above prices for Ball attendees only. • NOTE: Babysitting will not be provided

Photography • Photography will be provided by Greenwood Photography based out of Woodbridge, VA • $10.00 session fee • 6 exposures captured (full length, 3/4 poses, and head & shoulder) • All images will be uploaded on to their website for your viewing • Customized packages can be selected online at the following prices: • (1) 8x10..................$12.00 • (2) 5x7....................$12.00 • (4) 4x5....................$12.00 • (8) wallets...............$12.00 • Other items (e.g., ID tags, wall portraits) are also available • A portion of profit from packages will be returned to Ball fund
