Synthesis of PbI2in Lab • Avoid direct contact with any chemicals in this lab as they are reasonably high health hazards. • One person should act as recorder and leader for the group- keep notebooks nearby, but off the lab table. • Hands should be washed with soap and warm water after we are done. • All equipment should be washed, the table as well.   15. Completing the Lab: • We will be in lab briefly to find the mass of our PbI2 • As before, avoid contamination. • You will have only about 5 minutes, work quickly. • When finished, carefully place your sample in the waste beaker and wash down any tools/equipment. Week 10 R-3
