  3. Ingredients • Porkleanfatback 500 g • Grits 250 g • Driedmushrooms 2 fistful • Onion 1 • Majroram 1 bigspoon • Claveofgarlic 5 • Salt

  4. Instructions • Dip grits into water and dip mushrooms into another bowl of water. • Cut meat on big cubes and cook in salt water.

  5. In halfway cooking add mushrooms and cook until tender. • Now take out and strain.

  6. Cook grits in remaining water. • Grind meat with mushrooms and garlic,add cooked grits, marjoram and salt.

  7. Place in baking dish greased with lard and bake in oven about 30 minutes when there will be a crust.

  8. Bon appetite
