DON’T reinvent the wheel – where do your expectations connect with Respect, On Task and Always Responsible? Take time to discuss/assess last year within your team & what your rules might be this year.

  24. Session overview • Avoid meeting mayhem and manage the team’s time to achieve goals with a carefully planned agenda. This session will provide steps to structure PBIS team meetings to increase efficiency and be more productive to make every meeting successful. Learn how BBES has utilized a large team (12 members!) to effective outcomes which have assisted in faculty buy in, data-driven planning and 4+ years of PBIS. Gain strategies and ideas from a school entering its 5th year of PBIS.
