  2. Ans: Mesial temporal sclerosis

  3. 2 M, 35y/o Blurred vision for 1 month

  4. Ans: Multiple sclerosis ( subacute or chronic stage)

  5. 3 M, 53y/o ,Palpable neck mass for years

  6. Ans: Right submandibular sialolithiasis & sialadenitis (probably with small abscess )

  7. 4 M, 23y/o No particular complaints.What is your diagnosis at temporal bone ?

  8. Ans: Trapped fluid at right petrous bone

  9. 5 M, 30y/o intermittent vertigo & blurred vision

  10. Ans: Pineal region germinoma

  11. 6 M, 12y/o Presented with seizure history. Regular follow up.

  12. Ans: Dandy-Walker malformation

  13. 7 M, 42 y/o What is the diagnosis ?

  14. Ans: left piriform sinus cancer (hypopharyngeal cancer)

  15. F, 62, diplopia 8

  16. Ans : Left ICA aneurysm

  18. Ans : fibrodysplasia

  19. M , 50 y/o, left weakness 10

  20. LymphomaDDx: GBM, metastasis

  21. 45 an 18 month old girl who presented with a generalized tonic-clonic seizure.

  22. Ans: Takayasu arteritis
