Pricing Portal Set Up • You will receive an initial email with pricing portal access code. • Click on the www.hsppricing.com link provided. • Log in under New Users – You will be asked to enter your Access Code • Log in – You will be asked to enter your username (email address) and password – Created by the customer. • Username: joe.smith@companyabc.com -(Email Address) • Password: “create password”– (password of choice by customer) • Once completed you will have access to the pricing portal and be able to: • Filter Search by criteria • Item (Part #, Keyword) • Brands • Download files • Data file (excel) (recommended is more column aligned) • Excel – (more information however columns are not aligned) • PDF

  4. First initial page when accessing the pricing portal • You will be sent an email with an access code for the first initial log on. Choose New Users to enter the code provided.

  5. Log in – Access Code • Once you have chosen New User you be asked to enter your access code. • Upon log in, validate your information such as email address. • Choose a password. You will use this password every time you log in. Remember to keep track of the password. Once you log in, the access code is no longer valid.

  6. Returning/Existing Users • Returning existing users: Enter your email address and password that was chosen after the initial set up.

Pricing Portal Upon login, you will be brought to the pricing portal where your able to: • See your current, future or past pricing depending on timing of price cycle. • View your account information and reference documents such as the discontinued items from the previous year. You will be asked to accept any data changes. • See your saved search filters and search by part#, brand, price min-max and categories. • Download files as PDF, Excel and Data File (excel – recommended)

  9. Search by Part # • Search by Part # or Keyword located on the left side.

  10. Search By Brand • Search by Brand • Choose all brands or be specific to a brand category

  11. Search by Brand • If you choose Search by a specific brand example “Miller” you have two options: • Choose the “Miller Brand” and download the complete Miller brand • Break the Miller Brand by category and download only the category you selected

File Downloads The pricing portal database allows you to search for one or thousands of Honeywell Safety Products SKUs and customize your product information. • Sort and search by brand or SKU, or you can set a minimum and maximum price range. • When your product search is complete, choose to view the results on screen, or download them into one of three formats: Excel formatted spreadsheet, Excel data file (for upload into your system), or PDF (for printing).

  13. Downloading the Files • Save the data file to your desktop • Save as • Change save as type from Web page to Excel 97-03 Workbook • Choose Desktop • Name the file – Chose naming convention of your choice and hit save

  14. Data File – All Brands Example • Data File – It is recommended to update your ERP systems with pricing. All columns are aligned.

Frequently Asked Questions • Why can’t I find a certain products in the Part# or Keyword search? • The part number may be incorrect • The item may be obsolete • Are all Items in the pricing portal? • All Honeywell items for both legacy North and Sperian are in the price portal. • Are end user deviated pricing viewable in the price portal? • No. These are outside of normal distributor pricing and not viewable. • If you have and questions or concerns using the price portal please call Customer Service. Canada (1-888-212-7233), US HSP/North (1-800-430-4110), US HSP/Sperian (1-800-430-5490). • Will contract pricing be viewable in the price portal? Contract pricing will be viewable for legacy Sperian products only at this time. Legacy North products will not show contract pricing but will show price book pricing.
