We realized there dozens of property management companies in Puget Sound, but no true expert on our market. Our name was chosen because the Auburn/Kent West Hill is the heart of our territory which expands through Federal Way, Des Moines and N Tacoma. At West Hill our focus is helping our clients gain maximum value out of there investment properties. Our current market conditions make this the perfect time to lease your home.
